With an extensive background as a behavior specialist in Maryland, I’ve developed the tools and insights to support students of all backgrounds, particularly those in special education. Starting as a paraeducator and advancing through roles as a special education teacher, behavior specialist, and top instructional specialist in Montgomery County and Baltimore County, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding and addressing behavior holistically with sustained results.  I’ve seen the struggles families and schools face in managing behavioral challenges, and I’m passionate about helping bridge the gaps for families and educators with a positive and purposeful approach. By working together to establish targeted approaches, we can see progress almost immediately.  My mission is to empower parents and educators to create lasting, positive change, setting the stage for long term growth.
