Today's world presents numerous new challenges and situations that can be overwhelming, leading to increased stress in the community, lack of peer engagement due to the pandemic, and a noticeable maturity gap among peers, classmates, and friends. The entire school system faces significant challenges due to unqualified teachers and a mass exodus of staff to other fields of work. Children are growing up with more stress, higher expectations, and perhaps fewer options than before.
Having a plan in place at home to process life's anxieties, traumas, and expectations is crucial. A space where you can problem-solve, connect, and deal with it all is essential for both individual and collective progress. Collaborating and partnering with your child’s school is vital for mutual success.

Behavior Solutions 101 is the difference maker, with over 35 years of experience in education, special education, and non-public settings. My ability to connect with families and understand what’s working and what isn’t is one of my key strengths. My philosophy of connecting, clarifying, and restoring will guide our work together.
It's frustrating to see schools and families thinking that progress isn't possible due to existing structures. We're not thinking outside the box enough, simplifying processes, or trying enough different approaches. Through our parent coaching model, we will systematically change how you process, problem-solve, and deal with stress and anxiety.
Our coaching model will help you set up routines and systems to manage the stressors arising from school, social issues, and everyday life challenges. You've probably seen many guides on setting up routines and systems at home, but these are often just buzzwords without practical application. What we need to do is take these foundational skills and implement them so that everyone can face the world’s challenges effectively.
By following our systems and routines at home through our coaching model, you will be able to integrate many of the strategies into your daily life at school, work, and beyond. We will interview your family, understand your current structures, get to know each member, and provide a step-by-step outline to implement foundational pieces that promote positive and engaging progress.
Most of what you’ve tried may have been static and rigid. We will create a fluid process, allowing you to adapt supports, systems, and routines as needed. This dynamic approach will set you up for success in the long term. We will guide you through activities tailored to your family's unique structure, ensuring that these foundational pieces fit comfortably within your family’s DNA.
